Hudson Pointe Senior Apartments

I had a wonderful experience living at Hudson pointe apartments Shannon and her team are incredible friendly and very helpful, making me feel at home. Also I love that it’s pet-friendly I would definitely recommend living here.

This place is a money hungry. Don’t let your loved ones live here. Windows with drafts coming in bedbugs, roaches, maintenance issues and if your family member dies and you’re on the lease as next of kin, they won’t give you the security deposit back. Not only that they will probably lock you out while you’re moving your loved one things out because that’s what they did to me. My father was veteran and always paid his rent. Don’t let your loved ones live here trust me!

My elderly parents has been living in this apartment complex, Hudson Pointe Apartments, for over 13 years. Hence, there were many times I had to reach out to the main office for service or to relay concerns. Gladly, I can honestly say that throughout the years the managers and staff had lend me their ears to hear the concern or the need of fixing something. The request was done in a timely fashion of the requested fixing or if not, they provided at least a time frame in order to accomplish the needed repair. On several occasions, my parents had personal emergencies and the manager/staff has been gracious to help in the needed hour of the emergency. Also, there has been a few events of food that took place in the community room and the staff remembered my parents limitations to attend it.

The property on Grand st in Newburgh is not a place to live especially for 55+. Bedbugs, roaches and mice will be your roommates. The building is falling apart with no repair in site. Please consider yourself warned!
