HSC Management Corp.

I wish negative stars were an option. I have been dealing with HSC as the management company for my coop for years now and I will start with Josh...he is extremely rude and cuts corners on necessary repairs opting to use bandaids instead of seeking proper and long term solutions. UGH....the exhaustion of having to deal with a company that acts with no consequences for horrible treatment of tenants is exasperating!

They never return calls or respond to emails. The staff is rude and unhelpful, often ignoring concerns. Nearly a year later, they issued an unexpected bill caused entirely by their own mistake.

I had a judgement entered against the management company in September of 2024 for $2000 and they still have not paid me. Have been given the run around. Why would anyone retain the services of a management company that doesn't pay judgements or obey court orders? It's a huge potential liability for any property owner or board. Unpaid as of July 2025. I will update once paid...If they ever pay.

I have owned a unit in a building that HSC manages for the last 8 years and have had nothing but difficult interactions with property manager Keith Scandore. Keith is dishonest and has been caught in numerous lies. I would highly advise against working with this company.

I have been a tenant at my building in queens for over 14 yrs. Hsc management is a horrible to their tenants. I have been writing emails everyday for my bath tub to get fixed. They ignore emails with no response. Tenants where I live is fed up with there lack of not taking care of building and issues. The super has the worst attitude in history very nasty and unprofessional. Before they took over in 2015 we had a great management that kept building up and fixed issues right away. Recently about a month ago the garage door had been malfunctioning for awhile. Super knew that the door was not opening and closing properly. The garage door slam down on top of my truck . I asked HSC management to fix my car for damages. They told me to go thru my car insurance and file a claim . I told them no
