I can’t express my experience. When I called in around December this young lady picked up the phone who overall nice. She applied to all my need and questions as much as she could and said I will forward you call, which she did. I was then meet with Linda, the owner of Fleetwood. She had such a nasty tone, felt like she was rushing my call, and didn’t even have the chance to talk to me. I went into the office one day and also meet her other staff. I have tried to contact one of her colleagues name Brenton. He was extremely unprofessional and never on time. I also had the chance to speak with another member called Rose. She was also rude, and seemed stress and unfit. Will never deal business with this company again.

Brenton was my realtor and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help my family and I find a place. He did his research and presented us with great options. I absolutely recommend.

Extremely unprofessional. I received a message from Brenton telling me that a deal fell through with a 2br for $2,100 and was showing the place as soon as possible. I had availability to meet the same day and went to meet with Linda. My mother had gotten there first and said Linda was on the phone with Brenton as he said he made a mistake and laughed. We both rushed out of our jobs to get there and not hold anyone up after their hours to just waste our time. They told me they would contact me again but never did. Please reconsider working with these people, they’re inconsiderate and careless.

I called Saturday a rude nasty lady told me she was answering phones . She has some nerve to be extremely nasty and rude to me . Then when I was talking she hung up the phone on me.

I can't speak for these other reviews lol but my experience with this office was amazing. Brenton was extremely helpful from start to finish. in my opinion he was honest and very knowledgeable. My fiancé and I don't have the best credit scores and he was still willing to take us on. We've tried numerous times to find a place on our own. He showed us numerous apartments that fit the needs of our family and even helped us find an apartment that took pets which was big for us as we didn't want to have to get rid of our family cat. i recommend this office.
