The people in the office are not bad it’s just the people in Mount Vernon but if you mind your business and go to work and come home you’ll be fine S Realty is a good real estate company I highly recommend

from the moment i moved in i had no problems at all!! Larry was so helpful and very responsive!! renting from S realty is not like renting from a "landlord" its like renting from a "friend"!! highly recommended!!

I call the office to report that my bath tub was clog only to hear from the reception that it was too early in the morning with a curse word. Building is always dirty ever since S Realty took over my building like 2years now. I wish i could give a one star.

I am living in Mount Vernon for over 20 years and renting from Larry. I can guarantee you will not find a more caring landlord then him. I tell all my family and friends who are looking to move that they should try to rent from srealty.
