Howard Management Group is the kind of company that makes you question humanity. When my kitchen sink started leaking so badly it flooded the cabinets, I submitted a maintenance request immediately. A week went by. Nothing. I called, emailed, begged — still nothing. Two weeks later, the smell of mold was unbearable, and roaches started showing up. Their “solution”? They sent a guy who looked annoyed to even be there, slapped on duct tape, and left. The leak came back the same day. It didn’t stop there.
