I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially a first time homebuyer. They do not have your best interests at heart. From the listing agent, to buyers agent , to home inspector, to sellers this home bought is a disaster. Insurance company cancelled policy after purchase because of a roof issue that the 4 persons above were derelict in reporting. Ductwork is laying on ground with water in it because listing/buyers agent did not make sure this requested fix was complete. Air conditioner not working because several pieces of ductwork are unattached. Ductwork for dryer is laying on ground with a hole cut thru access door( a small piece of plywood) and venting to the outside thru a small piece of plastic. Because ductwork was not fixed it needs to be replaced because water has infilt

Ive been trying to get a home for over a month. Every time i call no one is in the office. I was told the property i wanted was given to someone else but its still posted as rentable. I have not had good experience with these people...
