Heads up, there's a strong chance the agents here will in some way scam you. Weather it's going behind your back and working with the other party for their own personal benefit, or threatening you with legal action. I've experienced both. Had multiple problems. When you're under contract, there's not much you can do. I've learned my lesson. Find someone else and save yourself the trouble.

My fiance and I are set to wed in October 2017. We decide back in March/April we were ready to start the journey of searching for a house. After speaking with Realtors at other Companies because they were listed as the "Selling Agent", we decided to contact Allen Tate, due to arrogance of other people contacted. David Dawe was the person we were directed to and he was the best bet! After our first conversation, without even meeting him i knew we were in good hands. After looking through 5 house, we decided on the 5th one. Through out the entire process, David stayed in touch with us about the status of negotiations, inspections, closing procedures and all even if there was not a update on anything, he would still check in. He even stayed on the phone with us one night for about two hours

We relocated to the Concord area in September 2024. The relocation company found us Thecla Widenhouse from Allen Tate Realtors. She was incredible to work with and very knowledgeable of the area. She helped us find the perfect house for us.

We worked with Joy Hartis through this office; Joy was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were first-time home buyers and she helped us with every possible question or concern we had, and made the entire process very smooth. Joy is a very honest and trustworthy realtor; whenever we need a realtor again in the future, we will absolutely be going with her. She worked very hard for us and we are so grateful to have found her!

Working with Paige Wiser was a pleasure, she went above and beyond to show us every house we wanted to see and worked with us until we found the house we both fell in love with. She was professional in every manner and always had a smile on her face, when we thought the final deal was going south and the opposing realtor asked for more than we were willing to give Paige advised us and stepped in to cut that mess out and made it simple that we were comfortable with our offer . And she made the offer happen and we're now under contract and looking forward to our next chapter of life. Thank you so much Paige Wiser for dealing with us during the search.
