I personally managed a group of clients all looking to buy properties close to each other and I have conducted a handful of deals with a few other agents /groups in the area and they were easy. I have talked to two different agents at Howard Hanna and they were both awful. The rudest of them all - listed a property that was never sold for the person who was considering to buy it .
