One star isn’t low enough but unfortunately there isn’t negative stars available. Stacey White is by far the most condescending, arrogant, deceitful, and outright rude person I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. As a person who deals with people as it relates to sensitive credit matters and the extenuating circumstances the way she speaks to perspective clients is unprofessional and downright embarrassing for anyone who has to share a job title even somewhat similar to hers and more embarrassing for anyone who has the unfortunate experience to work in direct contact with someone who very clearly has no home training and poor people skills and that’s to scratch the surface.

My husband and I had to move from Idaho here and had never bought a house before. We worked with Sherri Bonds who was just an angel for our family. She was patient and kind in helping us navigate all the crazy home buying nonsense and really went out of her way to ensure we not only got a good home but one that would be right for us. She went above and beyond in so many ways and we just felt so cared about. My kids actually decided they wanted to adopt her as a surrogate grandparent. She just genuinely cares about her clients.

My experience was with Stacey White. I would recommend to never do business with her and if you have to choose this agency, choose another realtor. I rented a fully furnished house from her in 2018. While the relationship started off great and professional it very soon deteriorated. Whenever there was an issue, the/her HVAC broke in the beginning of September, she took several weeks before getting it repaired. While I was obviously not pleased or comfortable with this, I took it in stride. When termites created a hole in the floor, after insinuating that I had caused it, she never had the floor replaced, and I had to beg her to get her to put the toilet back in the 2nd bathroom. The company fails to acknowledge any of my maintenance requests in a timely fashion, and their “repairs” only leave me calling back in a month. My property has cracked ceilings, a constantly-leaking air unit, and minor discrepancies like wall cracks and poor painting, but NO ONE has come to solve theses problems, even though I am a well-paying tenant who has submitted numerous tickets to their futile portal.

I worked with Sue Hayhurst. She was our buying agent and our experience was fantastic - she was flexible with her time as we were moving/traveling from a different state, and she was incredibly knowledgable about the Pasquatank area. She helped us find and negotiate a fair price on our perfect home. We had to move for work a few years later and we trusted her as our selling agent. She told us everything we needed to know to get our house prepped to perfection for sale and we got two offers in 2 weeks. She even helped us move the close date around as needed to help us with additional time for our move. I would highly recommend Sue!
