Matt Houston and his team was an awesome help during our home refinance. Started off with the 203k Loan, then my contractor backed out at the last minute. But Matt Houston and his team turned it around to a VA refinance in less then 24 hrs, and closed on the loan within 1 week. This is my highest recommendation since I have used 3 other companies over the past 5 years. Awesome Team, will refinance again when my renovation is complete.
