House of Botsford Apartments & Townhomes

I have been here 3 years and this has been one of the best decisions of my life. My home sold so fast I had to hurry up and move. I called and spoke with Greg Buck, the Office Manager, I submitted my application and within a couple of days was approved and within 30 days I moved in. I have had excellent customer service every time I called. The website is available 24/7 to submit your Rent and/or Work Orders. The landscaping is always very well maintained and immaculate all year round!!! I’m in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 8 unit apartment, with mailboxes and laundry in our building. It’s also very quiet, well lit and safe.

I have had the privilege of living here for the last 4 years. Greg is an amazing property manager & all maintenance concerns are either addressed the same day or next day. I will miss this place! Hopefully when I downsize again it’s still a great place to live.

Living here a few months now and I must say, thus far, this has been a true Blessing. I absolutely love everything about our place. Very quiet! Outstanding office staff (Greg), superior timely maintenance, grounds are maintained beautifully. Tons of space! Great neighbors! Clean common areas all the time! Overall just amazing! I'm in love with everything so far, my prayer is that it continues to be an awesome experience living here! My husband and I are Totally happy! The only thing on my wish list is chandelier or ceiling fan in dining area! And if only the entry way was tiled, I'd be in total heaven!

I'm sure at one point Botsford apartments were for the doctors, nurses, and staff of the hospital. At some point the Botsford apartments started ranting to anyone and the resident stay a month or two and the pictures below shows how they leave the building. There is a dumpster in the same parking lot and they leave garage in the door way..

This is my first experience renting an apartment complex. I rented for an entire year. If it wasn't for myself getting into a house, I would've signed another lease in a heartbeat. The House of Botsford is absolutely without a doubt the calmest apartment complex within' this area. The property manager Greg is very nice and always listens to what you have to say. The grounds also are always very well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away from noisy neighbors. Did I mention that you get a TON of living space for an awesome price!
