In the last couple of years, I’ve dealt with Gloria on several projects involving properties under contract - or for sale - that required permit updates or legalizations and/or structural inspections and certification. The resolution of such issues can be time consuming and frustrating and involve many moving - and unexpected - parts. As in any endeavor, so it is in this case; A realtor that puts in the work to keep things moving is invaluable. Gloria does her share and then some. And, regardless of setbacks, she presents a constant sunny and positive disposition. All five stars are well deserved.

I disagree with the other google reviews here. My Agent was Suzanne Lagle and she was fantastic, did all the research , all her due diligence, kept me informed, advised, did not withhold any information, opinion and fought for me to get me the house I wanted and got me to closing table flawlessly.

Had a scheduled appointment for an apartment showing and the agent never reached out to let me know there was another application submitted
