I had never sold a home before so was apprehensive and had very little knowledge of what the process entailed. Right from the beginning Mindy was calm, encouraging, listened intently to my concerns and questions, and I immediately was at ease. One of Mindy’s many talents is her attention to detail and ability to research anything and everything. She is creative and resourceful, and met any challenge we had with confidence. She was very patient with me and took whatever time was necessary to thoroughly explain the paperwork I was signing, the process that we needed to go through, the inspections that were necessary, etc..
