Horizon View Homes-Hidden Valley

Horizon views warranty department is a joke. I’m still dealing with a squeaky shower pan in our master shower. They did send a guy to spray foam under the shower pan, but it didn’t work. Also had landscaper come out and fix the craters in the yard twice and still didn’t fix it right. I had to do it. I put in another claim to fix driveway and shower pan and water damage by the back door and she told my wife that they can’t do anything for us and she would email with details. Still waiting for the email. I have other issues but now I might have to hire someone to come out and fix everything.

Recently purchased a HV home and walked several options with Shayne before finding the right one. He was patient and very helpful throughout our process, working with our realtor and lender to get thru all the hoops and reach closing in time. Him and Natalie went above and beyond to meet our needs on the final walk thru and even after move in have been a great resource to us. Had a minor issue w/ the sprinkler system and within a day the warranty team was on the job and had it fixed. Many builders are slamming homes together in minimal time to save costs, this is not the case with Horizon View. They do right by the buyer and you get that feel the moment you set foot in one of their builds. Highly recommend.

We have had the opportunity to clean up these homes after being built... And they are beautiful.....
