Hopewell Station Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Hopewell Station Apartments since 2020, and over the years I’ve interacted with several wonderful staff members. However, I want to take a moment to extend a very special thank you to the best management team I’ve encountered, Kathy and Lexi. Kathy and Lexi are truly outstanding. They are not only professional and efficient but also extremely compassionate and understanding. What I admire most is their fairness and how they treat every resident with the same level of respect and care, no matter the situation. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure tenants are accommodated and satisfied. Most recently, while I was out of town, Lexi went out of her way to retrieve several packages that had been delivered to my door and brought them to the office

This place is awesome,took me a little bit to get in,but once in was very pleased.I love the new office staff very polite,and always friendly.Its been awhile since I lived in a apartment,but this place I would give 10 stars if I could,with staff,and maintenance.I have never been treated,so well at a apartment complex before.I would recommend this place on staff alone,but the apartment is a plus as well it’s one of the best in Hagerstown.If your looking for upscale living,and friendly staff I would definitely recommend.

This place 1st started out as me giving it a 1 star cause of all the trouble I had to go through...but once they got a new person in the office plus I was able to talk with the head person and she could see how upsetting and the issues that my son and I were going through...we finally got in...top floor apt...not really good for me...but I'm so pleased with getting a place so my son and I didn't have to live in our van anymore...they really came through and took care of us...I'm so grateful for their understanding and willingness to help us out...neighbors are friendly to us when they see us outside...other than that my son and I stay to ourselves....only thing I wish is that we could have cookouts here...maybe then we could get to know the neighbors...but other than that...this place is g

Do not live here. I could write a book about what goes on here but I’ll keep it kinda short for you. The manager is very unprofessional, has a foul mouth, the office is always locked and filled with cigarette smoke. As the previous posted stated, she tends to have older people live here that won’t “tell on her”. There’s a good chance that she’s also drinking on the job. If you contact her boss about things that are not right, she will slander your name and who knows what else. Very untrustworthy woman. Takes things personally. Thought this was a clean safe peaceful place for my family to live. Very wrong. The turn around rate of residents in the same building as the property manager is very high because no one wants to deal with the drama. Very sad. Upset I had to go through this experienc

I am not a tenant but was applying to be. The lady, not sure her name, younger employee, was handling my move in. I was contacted at the end of October 2022, was told I had to reapply or submit new documentation since I originally was added to the wait list in September 2021. Ok, that’s fine. After back & forth of what was needed in my end and what wasn’t, after getting the SAME paper notarized 3 times because the employee didn’t know how I was supposed to complete the paper, finally everything was submitted and completed at the end of December 2022. Took 2 months of back and forth to complete the application. Since the time i originally applied, I was told the complex was income based and ranged from 30-50% of your income. I am a single mom. My gross income is around $1,500. I was still
