Be forewarned, if you want to live here make sure the first apartment you get is the exact one you want because once you're in a unit they could care less about accommodating you. When me and my fiance first moved here we were in a bit of a time and budget crunch and essentially had to take the first unit that came available which was their 1 bed 1 bath unit with no garage located in their multi apartment buildings. A full year later we have outgrown this very small space and our vehicles have been marred by the frequent hailstorms so we decided to ask for a transfer to a patio home unit with a garage to accommodate our needs. 6 months later we are still waiting because HHPMs policy is that all new clients take priority over any transfers from one unit to another. Never had any trouble with this place. My building is mostly quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, maintence is usually done in a timely fashion and rent is somewhat reasonable. Only downside is they do not let you resign a lease after one year, they make you go month to month and of course raise your rent because of it.
