He quickly addressed my concerns, took responsibility, and made sure everything was handled promptly and thoroughly. Really appreciate his dedication and the great service he provides!

In the past few weeks, I have been preparing to move and looking at different apartments as options. When I reached out to Honey Creek Place Apartments, they responded promptly and have gone above and beyond with communication. Liam was excellent! He quickly responded to all of my many questions via email and text, and he took walk through videos of the apartment units I was considering and sent them to me since I was not going to be able to visit the area before choosing an apartment. While I ultimately choose to go with a different location for larger storage space, my experience with the staff here could not have been any better, and I will definitely be keeping this place in mind if I move again.

BE AWARE 🚫🚫🚫 Biggest scam ever. They stole my $500 deposit, towed my car from the spot I was paying for and it came back damaged, and the building constantly reeks of weed and garbage. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Property owners should know why units remain empty!! Like other reviews, my experience was the same. I called last week to arrange a tour and never received a response. Nice property, nice location but no interest in filling open units. Signed a lease at a nearby property.

I lived here for a year, and I must say it was the best experience I had while living in Milwaukee. Marie, the property manager, is excellent. She handles every inquiry with urgency and attentiveness. The building itself is awesome, and living there was very easy. It is in great proximity to Tosa Village, State St, and downtown. If you can get into Honey Creek during your apartment search, just stop looking and sign. You will not regret it! Excellent, excellent.
