Daniel Rodriguez of Homevestors in SWFL was great to work with .In my 74 yrs I never did business with someone who 100% kept his word until selling and buying our home with Daniel's co. We were very thorough in our search (spoke with 8 different companies) . Daniel played no games . The others gave inflated offers site unseen just to get their foot through our door . Daniel refused to do that . He came to the house , did his due diligence and then made an offer that did not change . We then bought a home from him on the flip side that completely fitted our needs . He was honest, sincere and cared for what was best for us . Not sure if I was doing the right thing when I made the appointment, I had no qualms after meeting Daniel Rodrigue. Personable, professional, NICE! The son any mother would be proud of. Hah! Always gracious when I called him (many times), and did everything he could to help. I'd give him six stars if I could.

I called several investors in the area to sell my house and help with a situation with my mother. They not only were the first to respond. But his offer was also the highest! Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very honest and efficient, kept their word and helped me though a tough time, I recommend them to all my friends and family. He even helped me move and paid for the uhaul.
