Hometown Property is the best property management company in town! They truly care about their tenants and always make sure maintenance requests are handled right away. Any time I’ve needed something, it’s been taken care of quickly and professionally. Brandy, Kiara, and Tawny are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s hard to find a property management company that actually cares, but Hometown Property definitely does. I Highly recommend!

Do not rent with this company! Had to reschedule a showing 3 times and still never got to see the property. The first was a scheduling conflict, okay no big deal. Second I showed up at the property on time only to have the agent not be able to get into the building to do the showing. Showed up a 3rd time a couple minutes late (will admit our bad, didn't think 2 mins was time enough for someone to pack up and leave however). Pretty sure we watched the agent pull out the same time we pulled in ( I know this because it was the same car that came when she couldn't get the door open). Called them and she said she was too far and wasn't going to turn around. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable .

I greatly enjoy working with Brandy at Hometown Property Management. She is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Brandy and her team resolve problems that created headaches for me. She is able to recommend professionals when I need work done.

Hometown Property Management has been a life saver for our HOA. We have monthly meetings and go over what owners are concerned about plus the budget that is needed to get things done. She knows a lot of professionals that can handle the HOA needs and knows who can do the best job. I would highly recommend them for the excellent work they do.

This company is the new owner of ShopWorld1 and they are horrible. I've had my truck without a transmission sitting out front of my shop I am renting for months under a different owner and it was fine. Then once they bought it they started cracking down on every little thing. They were about to tow my truck away even though I had it parked in my designated parking spot in front of my shop off of the road not blocking any traffic or cluttering any driveway space. What makes me most frustrated is all the other shops who have stuff parked out in front of their's for days on end. It baffles me. Hometown is just a company on a power trip bullying the people who rent from them. Don't work with them!!
