Homestead by Century Communities

First and foremost, Chris Holzhausen made us feel at home upon entering his office. To be honest, we had no idea what Century Communities homes were like. Plus it was my family from California that was looking for a house to move in to when we visited Homestead to check out the available homes. We dropped by a few builders in the area and was turned off with some of the sales people. Then we met Chris with his lively and funny personality and he showed us the house - we fell in love with it. It was everything my wife and I envisioned for our forever home. Almost a month later Century Communities handed us the keys to our beautiful new home. The process of buying from Century Communities was seamless. They provided us all the information from the start of the process to the point when we ha
