I had a very disappointing experience with Michelle Albert at home smart first advantage Realty. From the start, she was rude and unprofessional in her communication. I felt belittled after sharing that I am currently between homes and jobs, instead of offering guidance or understanding, my situation was treated dismissively. She disregarded important information I provided and did not seem interested in listening to my concerns or need. Buying or renting a home can already be a stressful process, especially when you’re trying to make a fresh start. Unfortunately, this experience only added more stress. I would not recommend working with her, particularly if you’re looking for someone, compassionate, respectful, and willing to truly listen.

We have had the privilege of working with Harunor. It was a pleasure and we look forward to working together again soon!
