Horrible experience and terribly rude, treated us like we were nothing but dollar signs. Wouldn’t respond when we had questions but expected us to drop everything to sign a lease. When he couldn’t answer our questions, he canceled our unsigned lease and hung up on us. The drafted lease also contained numbers that did not match the listing and were more. When we had previously spoken before and verbally confirmed the numbers, he confirmed. Then, when the lease got sent and the numbers were higher he refused to honor what we had discussed prior. Horrible experience. Run away as fast as you can.

Worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with. So far living in my home being managed by this company, they’ve broken my $2500 dining table while fixing a light fixture, they charged me $250 to fix the sprinkler system that wasn’t working, threatened to charge me for dead grass that was already dead when I moved in, and now my refrigerator has been broken for over a week and when they finally sent someone out to fix it, they refused service because the fridge started working again temporarily. This place sucks. And then to top it off, the manager will call you and not only threaten you, but also scream at you over the phone. Absolute trash can of a manager and management company.

Don’t think twice…think five times if you need to before renting from this individual. He communicates well on his terms and time. Has anger issues, very dishonest and VERY disrespectful! His rental prices are insane and hundreds above what we’ve found neighboring properties listed for. He doesn’t ensure full and deep cleans are completed in between leases and claims he does. Renters Beware!

My mother and I applied for one of the houses we were shown in Highlands Ranch. We applied the next day after receiving the email link. $80 later and we’ve heard nothing. No further emails, no replies when we text the man that showed us the house. It’s like they took our money and ran with it. Not even a “sorry your didn’t qualify”. Avoid these people!

This was possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. During my first conversation with the man I simply asked if a property was available and he angrily said I told you a bunch of times that it is not. I said good to know but this was the first time I've called about it. He then hung up on me. I tried calling the home office to complain and it was the same guy who continuously interrupted me and wouldn't try and listen that this was only the second time we've talked. He once again hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Nobody should be treated like that, especially customers.
