We just closed on a house built by Homes by Dickerson. From day one, it was an easy, professional, pleasant, and seamless experience. We were moving from out of state, so we were provided with a realtor at no cost to us. The y adjusted our initial consultation and design meetings to meet our travel schedule. They truly heard us when we talked about our style and everyone on the design team helped us achieve the look we were after. Our project supervisor, Miles Avent, couldn’t have been more friendly, efficient, helpful, and creative. He communicated with us regularly and went out of his way to make things easier for us starting to finish. In the end, we gave a beautiful, well built house of which we are very proud. We highly recommend Homes by Dickerson to anyone.

Dickerson is the worst builder and has the worst group of people we have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY! They have terrible communication skills, terrible scheduling skills, they will screw you over multiple times and lie to you throughout your process. They will say they will do things that won’t get done, or will get done at the last second! I would not recommend this builder to anyone. James Williams is the worst most unorganized sales manager ever. Worst experience building a home ever! We are still having a number of issues after living here for two weeks. They really do not care about their customers!

Homes by Dickerson has been renowned for their exceptional work and when we decided to build a home in the Triangle, we knew we would build with HBD. After visiting the many locations for homes, we chose Wendell Falls because of the incredible reputation of Newland. The process has been superior the relationship of HBD and Newland solidified our choice. The HBD Builder has some of the best lots adjacent to greenspace. We were able to build a home with only one neighbor and our views are HOA greenspace.

Homes by Dickson is a complete mess. They are unorganized, unprofessional, lacking in communication skills, and build a home with constant problems after completion. They also don’t organize the way the sell their lots so you will have construction next you for years. Debris will get in your yard and hit you home. Do NOT buy a home from this company.
