From start to finish, the design and construction processes were seamless and well-organized, making what can often be a stressful journey feel smooth and enjoyable. The sales team and construction manager, Lee Madjar, were attentive and professional, keeping us informed at each step and ensuring our home matched our vision. On top of that, the warranty provides an extra level of comfort and peace of mind, knowing that Pulte stands behind their work. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are clear throughout the home, and the community itself feels thoughtfully planned. Pattie the sales manager and Lee the construction manager are just a joy to work with, super communicative, and professional from start to finish. You will feel at ease throughout the process and you can trust these homes are built with care. Wendell is a great area and not only are you getting a quality built home, you are getting space! You cant get lots like this in many places so kudos to Browning Stables for not putting homes on top of each other. The closing process couldn't have been easier and in an hour, we were at our house opening the front door!
