I absolutely love this place! down to the Amenities alone omg!!😱 is the bomb!! I am in walking distance to Publix, Bojangles, Duck Doughnut, a Nail salon, a Massage Parlor!!! I am Amazed and in love!!! Everything is right here at you….Miss Lindsey is absolutely amazing!!🤩 She helped me from step A to step Z with my application process. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live. My mom moved here 3 years ago, I moved in a year later. We have a corner penthouse 2 bedroom apartment. The Floorplan is wonderful. The issues we have may be common to apartment living. People violating the no smoking policy, and most of it is pot. The other issue is smoke alarms force the entire building to evaluate. It seems to be a repeat faulty fire sprinkler system. It happened at 4am at 11 degrees. NOT fun. They will hopefully get this resolved. The location is great, lots of shopping, medical, and dining. The apartments have typical amenities. Lots of new apartments being built so they will have new competition. We are happy here.

I’ve live at Brea Wendell Falls for 2 years now and have honestly loved the community and apartment complex since I initially took a tour. The location is convenient with being right off the highway and around the corner from Knightdale. Publix, restaurants, and fast food are literally in your “back yard” and this makes this apartment complex even more convenient. On top of that, Wendell is still growing the community across the street so I’m sure there is more to come. In the time that I’ve lived here they have built a Bojangles, Chipotle, City Bbq, Culver’s, and Tropical Smoothie right across the street and within a safe walking distance. In addition, the amenities have always been great! The pool has always been clean and relaxing and the 2 story gym has always been functional as well a

The leasing agent Samantha Welcoming Knowledgeable Detailed Thorough information. The Apartments and Amenities are Family Friendly and Accommodating, Special Event Space Gym Swimming Pool Barbecue Area Meeting Area Business Packing and Package Area . Everyone was Hospitable and meeting Samantha the lead was Fantastic. The Maintenance was also welcoming and I don't remember the other gentleman's name or title, I must say Brea Wendell Falls N.C Is Spectacular Living Greatly appreciated the Tour.

I highly recommend living here. The community is well maintained and the staff and maintenance crew are attentive and friendly. I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the grounds and common areas clean, which makes the atmosphere feel safe and welcoming. Management does work to address concerns and follow through.
