The team at Homeland Realty were exceptional at helping secure a rental home. Communication was difficult at first but as they state email is their preferred method and once it was established there was never another issue. They were extremely flexible with meeting me and offer superior guidance through the entire process.

Homeland realty is comprised of some of the best, most honest and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They’re honest & really have wonderfully priced properties. They are always kind and willing to work with people, even when they fall on hard times. If you have the absolute pleasure of working with them, you won’t regret it!

My husband and i rented from homeland for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The initial lease signing process with Lauren was simple. The only maintenance requests we had put in were attended to within a day. They were a pleasure to work with.

If I could give a review with ZERO stars I would. They never answer the phone so do not even bother calling them. They might respond to an email after a few days. I had an AC problem and they said someone would contact me to make an appointment and 2 and half months later I had to call them again just to get someone out here. (Also, that was my first time making a maintenance request or asking anything from them.) Today I am waiting for the plumber that was supposed to be here at 1:30. It is currently 5:14 and he is still not here and I have been calling and emailing them and have not gotten a response. They are horrible people that do not care about their tenants or the people they work for. They only care about money. Do yourself a favor and totally skip over these people.
