Albina Sousa was the listing agent on a home we were about to purchase. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and aggressive to us throughout the process. She hovered over us throughout our inspection. Our inspection revealed a large amount of asbestos and, when we wanted to start a conversation about removing it, she was aggressive and misleading to us. She attempted to bully us into making each decision within a couple of hours, even though it was inconsistent with our contract. I would recommend avoiding her in any transaction you encounter.

I was interested in renting an apartment they were leasing out and after answering many questions, I was told I could see it in a few days. They informed me that they would get back to me to let me know when I could meet them there. Unfortunately, they never bothered to call me back. Needless to say, I decided to rent elsewhere. I wouldn't hire them to rent out apartments!
