Gordon has been our property manager for over ten years. You will not find a more dependable and honest property manager. After tornado damage to numerous properties, Gordon contracted for repairs as a block to receive discounted pricing for his homeowners. Because he represented many homes, our repairs were done quickly. Being out-of-state, we appreciated all he did to secure repairs in a timely manner and at the best price possible. I doubt we would have been able to obtain the lower prices on our own. As a single homeowner, we may have been at the end of a contractors work list. We truly appreciate everything he has done for us over the years in maintaining our rental property. We recommend him highly.

Gordon has got to be one of the kindest men I know. He is an excellent landlord and takes care of any issues we have had almost immediately.
