The inspection was scheduled rapidly, the inspector explained thoroughly each item he checked, why, what was positive, and what future maintenance was advised. When an issue was noted, he went even deeper into the matter. I learned so much! I felt like I got my money's worth in education alone. The inspection report was thorough, professionally and expediently done, plus it came with a year-long home warranty. Great company to work with. Kudos to inspector Bill, who kept smiling in spite of my massive questions, each of which he thoroughly addressed. 5 stars PS - found 2 "faults" with this 16-years young home, and saved me nearly $20K in repairs the sellers were willing to perform!

I just had a inspection 12/11/17 with Michael he was awesome. He explained things to me that I didn't understand. He was very nice from start to finish. He didn't rush and that was a good thing. The next day after the inspection I received a call to make sure everything went well. They was a referral from my realtor choosing them was best decision I could have made.
