I use to live at 2620 n 49 for 2 yrs with mices I call them several times they will come and disappear they knew that house wasn't liveable so I call the man at the front desk told him I was moving out cause it's mices everywhere and you couldn't even go in the basement lots of dirty clothes old washer and dryer I move out 05/2023 they send me court papers in August mind them i wasnt in the unit anymore now they have a.eviction in my name the city needs to be call in them especially for that unit not a liveable place to stay at all now I'm getting my attorney on it cause this eviction about to come off my name city needs to be call immediately

Horrible place to ever live they don’t fix nothing everything wires etc was extremely old people kept breaking in never fixed the locks on the front and back door and so much more unsafe and they loved to list orders as completed when they never actually came to fix them and when they did come “fix” it something else that wasn’t broken ends up broken

Very rude and unprofessional the light skinned dude who is usually in the front working the front desk very careless and rude ask him questions he will just refer to the website as if he doesn’t know anything and will not answer. Never in the building always closed or leaving will watch you park and walk up the steps and turn the light off on you and sneak right out the back.NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.THEY ARE NO HELP TO RHIS COMMUNITY WHAT SO EVER.

I rent from them right now and have asked that my landlord call before he walks in my house and he dont. The upstairs unit from me have been empty the whole 7 months I lived here till August 20 and its leaking brown water all over my kitchen and bathroom and no one is welling to help or move me and my 4 kids to a different location. Be careful with this place when October come back and I can move I'm leaving hopefully my kids dont become sick from all this.

It was clear from my first experience with Holzmann & Associates that the company is dedicated to providing affordable rentals in a market that is not always kind. The company really tries to work with you, even if your rental history is not stellar. When things break, they try to fix the issue as quickly as they can. Reading some of these one-star "reviews" it's obvious these were left by malcontents who have an axe to grind. Based on their grammar and spelling, some are simply ignorant. My experience with this company has been positive and I would rate them as reliable and trustworthy.
