I love living here. It is beautiful. Very good location. Fair prices. The staff are amazing. The building kept clean. The pool & amenities are great! Love it! I highly recommend this building! (The garage people are also very nice & helpful. Not 1 scratch on my bmw & they are always quick to get my car.)

This is an old '70s chic apartment with beautiful condominiums and apartments. The lake views make it really amazing to stay. The amenities are a bit old and parking on this location is practically impossible.

Run down and old , most employees are very outgoing and kind. Pool is nice along with view of beach. It’s more the location that makes it great.

Nine-tenth of the staff are excellent. But one or two make up the one-tenth on the return to sender list. Management might need to correct one or two things well within their capacity. The managers, Gena and Tina, are superbly professional. They take great care, deploying managerial skills. Problem-solving for them is uneventful, explained; otherwise, as never problematic.

Renter starting in 2017, owner since 2021. Overheard a guest state, “oh my god, everyone is so friendly here!” And that really sums it up. A quiet and diverse building that is affordable for young professionals & families alike, and offers amenities that keep residents around for decades. It’s a legacy building from the 60s so there are some quirks, but on-site staff, management & board members consistently maintain and improve. Staff turnover is minimal, with most working here since my first day in the building six years ago. This speaks volumes about the community and conditions. And the location?! We have the entirety of the lakefront park system as our back yard, and can hop on an express bus to get to downtown in fifteen minutes.
