Hollow Run Apartments West Chester

I am grateful and happy to live at Hollow Run Apartments. I have only ever had to interact with Bonnie & Walt. They are both such kind, professional, and genuinely helpful individuals. Thank you so much! I agree with the other 5 🌟 reviews here, including: ✔️ Safe, clean, quiet ✔️ Affordable for Chester County ✔️ Responsive staff ✔️ Well maintained buildings and landscaping ✔️ Pets allowed (we don't have a pet, but there is this really cool orange cat that lives outside who everyone knows and tries to take care of 😺) ✔️ Friendly neighbors ✔️ Heck, even the regular mail person (Dan) is nice! ✔️ No leaks. Whenever there is a maintenance question or issue Hollow Run address the issue within the hour, sometimes even sooner. The service is amazing. Snow removal was very prompt as well. Bonnie is amazing and is always super helpful. I give Hollow Run 10 out or 10!!

I have lived here for almost five years and I love it. The staff at the leasing office is always so friendly and willing to help. My apartment is perfect and I am so pleased to call Hollow Run my home!

Just resigned another year here at Hollowrun because the community is great! Everyone mind their own business. They handle maintenance well and office staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Water bill is a big issue here, tenants split cost of usage per building. You will pay your share no matter what! Whether is cold or warm, the bill is always the same price which I think its not fair for must tenants.. especially when you go away on vacation for a month!!!!

Lived there for number of years watched the decline of entire complex. Management ignored all requests for leaking water, mold mildew problems because roof was not replaced for 50 years. Roof replacement in 2023 major damage already had taken place. They put bandaid over major damage trying to say all better. They lie about everything. Major rent increases every year, high electric bills will shock you, water sewer bills will destroy those on budget. Do yourself a favor look someplace else and definitely not with the owner company
