Hollis Oak Apartments

I had a poor experience with scheduling a viewing at 3250 Hollis. The communication around confirming the appointment was unclear, and when I arrived and used the call box, the property manager hung up on me, I also overheard the same thing happen with another prospective tenant before me. This felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. I decided not to move forward with this rental based on that interaction & after looking at the reviews I know I made the right choice. Compared to other property managers I’ve met with, this one was significantly less courteous and transparent. Future Tenants BEWARE!!!!!

Wow. What a mistake moving here. People can’t get out fast enough. Do yourself a favor- if you’re thinking about living here and do a tour, find someone walking around and ask their genuine opinion of the property, lol. My rent is a different amount every month, there is always hundreds of fees that property management tells you they have no control over. The property itself is slowly but surely going further and further into shambles. Was first attracted by the price and property. The price is misleading, and the property they just paint over issues and rent it to the next sucker. It’s hell trying to get maintenance to do anything.
