When I first applied for these apartments I was so pleased with the courtesy that Sonya showed me she explained everything and answered all of my questions handled my paperwork efficiently. Also Sonya and mark have meetings to voice any concerns that the tenants may have. I appreciate her concern and compassion for the seniors that she have making sure we are well taking care of. I recommend these apartments to people that ask me are there any available apts. I don’t hesitate because I don’t believe there’s a better place for seniors in Sumter SC this is my opinion because I lived in other places. I really enjoy my apartment. Keep doing great work Sonya and mark I applaud 👏🏾 y’all !!!

My aunt lives here and every time we come and visit the property manager Sonya always help her with any paperwork and requests she have. The maintenance staff always fixes things in her apt quite fast, my aunt loves living here

The property manager Sonya is very polite and courteous to her tenants and guests. The maintenance man Mark is very polite and helpful as well.

Had a very awesome experience with the property manager of this property recently! She was very patient, kind, and took her time to explain things I was not understanding. I would recommend this property for sure!
