I never thought I’d find an apartment in New Hampshire that I could afford on my salary as a single adult. I feel truly blessed to have found this place.🙌 So many listings online nowadays come with endless games, runarounds, and application fees …. this experience was completely different. Management was quick, helpful, and made moving in a breeze. My FIRST place on my own, and I couldn’t be happier! Also, online maintenance requests are QUICK. They fix my issue while I am at work so its just truly amazing. Thank you to the Hodges Companies🙏🙏🙏

I have been renting with The Hodges Company since 2022 and have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. I would specify who my property manager is but it's hard to keep track. I moved in when this building opened as new construction and it's always been sort of a "property manager du jour" situation. There's been 4 or 5 different property managers for my complex since they opened this Phase II building in August 2022. The apartment complex I am renting a place from them in is very shoddily built and they are attempting to charge incoming residents for things that were installed incorrectly from factory. I applied for a unit in an elderly housing complex in August 2023. I went though all the screening steps, provided all documents and references in a timely manner, and was told by Dylan at Hodges that the vacancy that was advertised had been taken but I would be placed on the wait list, and be "all approved for the next available unit". I called Dylan a short time later and asked if I would receive a confirmation letter that I was placed on the list, and was told that the letter had been sent. I never received it (my contact information, including mailing address, had not changed since submitting my application) but I Dylan assured me I was on the waitlist. I did not receive a yearly update letter, but not all management companies send those out. I called this week to ensure I was still on
