Coming from out of state and not being apart of an HOA and being informed of board approval to fence in part of our yard for our dog, we didn’t expect a quick response and possibly a lot of obstacles. That was not the case as we received an approval rather quickly and got a quick response from Jennifer of the approval. I live in a community in Spartanburg and we have had other HOA companies and I have to say our manager, Courtney Waters, is fantastic. Very responsive, willing to work with the homeowners and very quick to address any issues that have arised. She was quick this morning to address the water mainline break in our community and had the water district and the plumber out here immediately.

Stephanie Williams always does a fantastic job overseeing our community interest. She’s quick to respond and always offers expert advise to our Board of Directors. Couldn’t do what we do as a Board without her. Thank you, Stephanie and HOA Upstate for partnering with our great community Board Members.

Our representative, Nicole Brown will very seldom respond to our questions. We have been trying to get pineneedles in our beds since April. Lots of emails sent. Nothing done and no communication. Simple request for something we have received the previous five years. Strongly suggest finding another HOA management firm to use.

ARC approval was handled quickly and efficiently by Jennifer K.; much easier than with our previous HOA management company.
