I have been under hmy for the past 2yrs of me living in my property for 3yrs. Martha stays in contact with me. They have worked with me in paying my rent during trying times. I can say that my unit does need updating. Maintenance is not so great though. They are not really concerned with cosmetics, and for more serious repairs they can do better with contracting companies. Over all I’ve had a pleasant experience with them. I would recommend renting from Hmy.
