Hilltopper Apartments

VERY NOISY apartment complex! Kids ALL OVER the place, making noise, yelling at the top of their lungs, running ramped! The moms only come out to yell at them so they make even more noise. Spanish men always hanging out in front of their car blasting their spanish music so loud the windows shake! Drinking in the parking lot and no one takes pride in keeping this place clean. The people think its ok to have yard sales every weekend, just a trashy complex and tenants. Oh and they always have more cars than allowed, so they spill out onto the street and annoy the neighbors because their beat down cars are always in front of people's houses leaking oil. Cars are an eyesore! They always park in the NO parking signs and the management doesn't do anything about it. I have NEVER seen any workers f

If i could give 0 stars i would. Kids are ALWAYS outside from 6 a.m to 1 a.m making a complete mess, yelling at the top of their lungs, scratching and hitting peoples apartment doors, and the worst part is the apartments have very VERY thin walls. So that means you can hear everything like if its in the same room as you.

Very old and Cheap apartments good if you want to save money people are stingy with the parking because there's not enough parking .

Llevo años viviendo en esta propiedad , no había visto tan excelente trabajo como hasta ahora la mánager Albany y Ángel me entregaron mi nuevo apartamento en excelentes condiciones y siempre las llamadas de trabajos a tiempo muy amables siempre. Estamos muy contentos los residentes con ellos
