Management is very understanding very respectful. I really appreciate how Management conduct's Themselves. I like the fact that It’s affordable to live friendly neighbors and is in a very convenient location. Heather Hernandez is definitely an amazing manager she definitely makes herself available to Her tenants in response timely

Have lived here for going on 5 yrs & my landlord is one of the best I've ever had she is always on top of everything maken sure it gets done ! Has a heart of gold & always has a positive attitude no matter what kind of day she is having ! Has been a great experience with Heather !!!

I had a friend who just moved outta here. He said that the ONLY thing this place has going besides being a 3 bedroom apartment, is that it's by the 7-eleven which is eventually going to closed, and eventually the OGX bus line. The management changes too often (3 times in 2 years with MULTIPLE assistant changes), and the pricing inflates every time your lease comes to an end, but it isn't worth all of the poor quality "upgrades" that their non-professional handymen seem to add to the apartments. At one point they removed all of the building's balconies and it took them so long to finish putting in the new ones, but they didn't install anything correctly so there was a HUGE opening around the sliding door frame AND the door didn't work. The units and building have been updated from when we stated there. It was a great starting point for me and my family and the manager / owner was very nice to us throughout the process of our transition.
