Hillside Apartments

Hillside apartments have zero professionalism and no good management. No responses from management on issues tenants are having, whether thats through email or directly through text. No ammenities. Fire alarms going off, everyone frantically running out of the building wondering whats going on and why we weren't told it would be happening. Only to find out that they "didn't realize" the email never sent. I suggest they find better management and add some things to make tenants actually enjoy being here. Horrible service, horrible people, horrible place. Don't live here.

Sorry but I literally don’t know what else to do but write a negative review to see if it will get someone’s attention. I have tried to reach the office an unrealistic amount of times (12-15 times) looking for a response. My lease ends 1/4 and I am not continuing my lease. I have been trying to contact someone for over a month and it is silent. I have all records of my attempts. As for the people reading this for reviews, this place is beautiful. It’s super dusty for some reason and I wipe things down daily to keep up on it. There’s no way to get ahold of anyone as there’s not an office here. There’s no outside hangout area or grass. The elevator is sketchy and breaks often. I hear (daily) dogs barking from owners being gone and there’s always really stinky trash in the hallways from their

Avoid at all cost unless you want random charges add on to your monthly rent every month. No amenities. No admin office. No one picks up calls.

Great building with large kitchens. High quality finishes and secure. Love the location, close to everything.
