Hillcrest View Apartments

I have liked this place despite not having assigned parking until I had a problem that I brought to them twice, and I feel unheard. I have found 2 scorpions in my second story home where me and my 3 year old daughter live and I have been told TWICE that there’s not a lot they can do, just as there’s not much they can do about spiders, that they’re not poisonous and that even though they may be uncomfortable to find in my home, that there’s nothing they can do. Really? They may not be poisonous but I’ve heard their sting hurts pretty bad. I can’t even walk barefoot in my home that I pay close to $2000 a month for. I’m sure if they had scorpions in their home they would not be this cavalier.

The place is ok but far from luxury as they say. Worst is absolutely the manager, she is super confrontative, overbearing and plain nosey. Be EXTRA careful when signing a rental contract with her as they will tell you one thing to mean another. As with any complex, there are some people that are not polite when living around others and the nasty manager will not do a thing to protect your comfort or privacy.

Whenever you walk into the leasing office, you are always greeted with a smile and sincere warmth. The staff is always helpful and takes pride in assisting with any and all issues. There aren’t very many places I know that remember their tenants by name.

Not even one star. Horrible management.

It's beautiful but how much is it for rent?????
