Hillcrest Plaza Apartments

Would not recommend these apts. to anyone ,had a water pipe busted in front of my apt that flooded my kitchen n bathroom n got the carpet wet.they got some 6 fans put in to dry up everything but I could not stay in my apt because of the noise n the heat for 5 days that those fans were there not once did they communicate with me if I had a place to stay , so I spent 2nites in my car I had no where to go being 70yrs old that was not good ,I asked them if they could put me in another apt but they said no, these apts need a lot of work done ,furniture is from the sixtys rent just went up takes forever for maintenance to fix things so I hav to wait to find another place, worst place I've lived in, very disappointing

It's a roof over your head. No visitors allowed for more than a couple of days. My fiance visited from Austin. Her 15yo dog was an apparent threat and wasn't allowed. Narcissist MGMT. To hell with this dump! I moved

I can honestly say I have never written a bad review about anything but after waiting a month and a half for an appartment to be done with maintenance and it be given to someone else I think this deserves it. So I put in my application and they told me that it would take 3 to 5 days to get a approved, it took 3 weeks. Finally I was approved and they had one room left in maintenance. I asked the lady if I could go ahead and pay the down deposit to save the room for me. I had my heart set on this place is very close to the babysitter's house and my job. But you told me no. They had too wait still the apartment is done with maintenance. She said that they would call me thou as soon as it's ready. So a month and a half past and I would call about every week to check on the room. so this brings

Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I first moved in but I’ve been here about a month and I love it!! Best thing is it’s always super quiet! Honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. Me and my boyfriend definitely made it feel like home. The manager leigh is probably another reason living here is so great! So sweet and understanding! 5 stars from me!

Applied for the apartment, got approved, and waited for it to be ready. I called once a week for four months. The lady kept saying that she would call me when it's ready. It's been 8 months now. I gave up after four months of calling and it not being ready.
