I wanna take a moment to show my appreciation for how amazing the property manager Ms.Daphne is! This woman has been nothing but amazing since the day i called her on the phone looking for a home for me and my son! She has been so wonderful and makes you feel like a person, not just another applicant. Even after i moved into my home, she always makes sure everything is taken care of and responds quickly to anything needing to be taken care of. I’m forever grateful for her!

My family and I just moved to Hillcrest apartment; Daphne at the property management office was so helpful and available. She showed us the many properties they had available, not just Hillcrest apartment. What a jewel of a person. And she is multi task, accepting rent, customer care. She's on top of everything And treats everyone equally. Awesome service. This is the place for a family friendly environment. Great job."

The management is wonderful here ! . Mrs Daphne is such a delight and does everything she can to take care of your needs . Maintenance is quick to respond as well . I’m very satisfied and content with my apartment. Apartment was clean when I moved in …and it has a great A/C !! Totally recommend living here !

This place has improved since Daphne Sims has been here as Property Manager. The charisma that characterizes Mrs. Daphne is special, she is attentive to the tenant's needs, she is very helpful and a tremendous human being. Corporation chose the ideal person for this position.

Roaches, someone broke in my window, Rent is going up $425 in less than a year. And they charge you a fee to pay your own rent. These apartments are not worth paying $1450 from how outdated these are. Over the summer I started growing mold in my kitchen because they wouldn’t come fix my AC . And every winter my heater stops working for at least 2 weeks before they fully fix it. I cant even find parking sometimes.
