Hillcrest Apartments

Sylvia and Angela are always great. I been here for over 1 year . I hesitated to move here at first because of some of the negative reviews but you have to experience it for yourself and see this place is a great living experience. The units are the biggest units for 1 bedroom in the area and you get washer and dryer with other amenities. Whenever I had any issues I got answers and help the same day in regards to any maintenance. The property is always clean and safe.

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a smooth stay. The layout was spacious and felt like home, and the location was convenient and quiet. Management was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Sylvia and Angie have been extremely kind and helpful over my time here. Every issue I have they treat with understanding, and are always willing to go above and beyond. They have made my time at hillcrest that much better, knowing that there is a team of people who will do what they can to make your living situation work for you! I love the location of these apartments, and spend much of my free days on my balcony, or reading in the parks nearby.

My stay at Hillcrest apartments was pleasant. It’s very quiet, clean, and peaceful. I never had any parking issues. My car was never towed my sticker always faced front. Other than my neighbors upstairs that banged and knocked things over that slammed hard on floor during my first few months. The Hillcrest team took care of the issue, and I haven’t had a issue since. My first year seemed short, and I will miss the view of the bay from my window, the sunlight every morning and the beautiful sunset every evening was amazing. I would’ve chosen to stay at this place for another year if they had a 3bd. Thank you to Ms. Angie!!! for all of her support, understanding, and compassion. She is the best leasing agent with the best demeanor, I have ever met!

Sylvia and Angie were helpful and supportive throughout my move and application process. The complex stays clean and quiet, and the work orders are done efficiently. I haven't lived here long, but so far so good!
