Hillcrest Apartments

There is new management now, and they are trying to work with me, but old management did not put in any paper work in my file besides me moving in. THEN they told me my rent was one amount (then I had my daughter sonrent went down and they had no paperwork of that so I owed them a lot of money unless I gave proof) and now they are saying my rent was never as high as it was and that it was actually 10-15 dollars cheaper. So from the time I moved in to the time I had my daughter I was technically over paying them but they (the old management) never told me. So my question is, were they taking from me? But the new management is trying to figure out what went wrong.

Then landlord there now she took are entirer secerety deposit because we had apparently trashed the place. Before that she put are rent up from400 to850. Its a great place to live. But when you move in take pictures and document then.And if you move out itight be a good idea to get a lawyer so they don't steal from you

Two family members live there, both are very happy. Very well kept buildings and landscapes. The staff are very helpful.

Management never available. When they are the woman seems to have only graduated 1st grade. She's an idiot.
