Staff was always friendly and professional. Whenever there was an issue or something that needed to be fixed, they were quick to resolve the issue. This was so important and meant so much to me being a single mother of three young children. They were also fair about the charges caused from the minimal damage that had been done. I’ve rented from Hillcity for about 8 years total and it’s been okay for the most part. My two big complaints are lack of care about maintenance requests and lawn care that is included in your rent. I have put in maintenance requests that still have not been tended too and things are rigged when they do show up to fix it. I live off grand arbre and our lawn care has been terrible for years. Currently typing this and my lawn is more than halfway up my lower leg almost to my knee in most areas. Most of us here have to mow/weed-eat our own yards because it gets so bad before the companies they hire return to mow. We have a week of rain coming next week and the lawn already hasn’t been mowed in over two weeks. And Hillcity will blame it on the rain when it hasn’t rain in over a week now. And t
