Highlands Trail Apartments

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. The management is rude, unfriendly, unkind, and has no personality at all. 8 years and our apartment was never renovated while other apartments were getting new flooring, appliances, and paint. Parking is extremely limited in some areas. Pets were literally charged rent plus a deposit. Pet owners did not pick up after their animals, constantly let their dogs walk around the complex with no leash, and often no supervision. Community pool is often contaminated with bugs. Neighbors were disrespectful, some not even on the lease. If you’re looking to move here, DONT!!! 😐😐😐

A beautiful apartment but real handicapped assessable like removed curbside is not!! They will give you handicapped bars in bathrooms. Beautiful pool area and club house. Best to call and find out amenities. It got four stars only from me because the building I am in has handicap parking but no handicap assessable curb !!!

I have lived in Highland Trails for 3 years. The place is beautiful, neighbors are friendly. Diane and staff are amazing.Going to miss the pond and the beautiful birds

We love living at Highlands Trail! Spacious apartments and beautiful landscaping around property. I'm still in awe of the storage space in our apartment. Management team is wonderful to work with. Diane and Jodie have taken very good care of us 😊 Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. Very quiet complex and everyone is very friendly. The pool is FABULOUS and overlooks the pond area. The gym is nice and there's even a car care center onsite. I was skeptical about living in an apartment after being in a home for so many years but life is very good here. The overall community is better than where I lived for over 10 years. I can't imagine living anywhere else now that I am all settled in here 😊
