Mikey did a great job. Mikey was professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and the quality was top-notch. It’s hard to find reliable maintenance these days, but this was a great experience. Highly recommend!

It’s been a great experience living here. Especially when Mike became the maintenance as he fix things right away and very efficient. I would give him 5 star for his hard work and dedication to make this apartment livable.

Mikey is awesome! He’s gone above and beyond since I moved in—fixed my blinds right away, handled my maintenance requests super fast, and is always friendly and respectful. He even brought my packages inside when he came to plug in my stove, which was such a nice surprise. Easily the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I just relocated to Billings Montana and the management staff and maintenance guy have been very helpful and great people to work with throughout the whole process. Excellent team! The apartment unit is very nice and good place to call home

My name is Dan . I live in 107b and had a buzzing outlet when I first moved in .. I mentioned it to Mikey the maintenance man and he said he would be there in a minute and fixed it! Then yesterday I had to call the emergency maintenance line at 8pm and Mikey answered. My water heater had went out and caused a bad electric fire smell. Mikey suited up and was over in 5 minutes!!! This was all on a Saturday ! Already got the new water heater and ready to install. Very trusting and kind man. Definitely what you want in a maintenance man. Thanks Mike! Highland apartments have been great :)
