Highland Woods

Just moved here in Dec ‘22. It’s quiet. Beautiful scenery. Nice looking houses. It’s diverse. The train running through twice a day reminds you a little of civilization. My 1st grader loves her school. Everything is new. Community clubhouse w/ legit pool and splash pad for residents only. It’s a superb community so far. Can’t wait to explore more on the walking path when the weather is nice.

Beautiful homes from many different builders. Great school district. Lots of amenities. There's always people outside, yet it's still a very quiet subdivision. There are a lot of families in all of the different neighborhoods, including the low-maitenance one. The train tracks are a single-direction freight track that doesn't have regularly scheduled trains, but they tend to run anywhere from 1-5 times per day. Even very close to the tracks it hasn't been an issue sound-wise. It's obviously loud, but not shake-the-ground loud.

This is a fantastic community. There's so much that Highland woods offers to its homeowners; an amazing pool and onsite school are just a few of the attractions for this community.
