Crestwood of Elgin

No problems while we lived for over 10 years !!We had great experience and now as homeowners we miss the calling and you guys attending the work orders we really appreciate everything you do! The outside and inside remodeling is fantastic for the price! I would recommend this community to anyone who wants to be part of such great community! Being part of board member I was able to work with management and they are awesome!

I drove by the neighborhood of Crestwood of Elgin the other day. It brought me back good memories. Only lived in the appointments for about two years, and while we saved money for our first home. They have kept it nice and clean. We had a wonderful experience with the office people always helpful and nice. If you are looking for a place to rent I strongly recommend Crestwood Apartments.

This place was great! Happy to call it my first home with my husband! It has a great park and the office staff were always so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend moving here! Application process was quick and simple only took a couple of days and they helped me out with any questions or problems I had!

if I could leave zero stars I would. After the first encounter with lorena the "property manager"or whatever she calls her self.... I was unsure if I made the right decision by applying to these apartments . I told myself I wouldn't be mad if I don't get in. situation being uniquely different with the rental history considering I've never had a lease in my name so everything from my very own self was based off of someone else that I lived with prior. this lady did not let me get one single word out of my mouth and explain to her my living situation without cutting me off as if she knew my situation prior to. she was very disrespectful and rude. she brought up information that was attached to a piece of mail but lied and said she got it off my credit report which was not true. It feels like they are scamming you. I had applied as well and they are still giving me the run around. It has been 13 days and they still can't give an answer if I got approved or not. They told me that I was welcome to find somewhere else. I just lost the my 50 dollars application fee. Debt trust them they will do anything to keep your money and put you though a hard time. The price is to good to be truth that's how they roll people in. They as well said that they were not able to show me the apartment that I wanted to rent until I was approved. After I was declined I went to a upscale complex and got approved in 24 hours.
